How do I get my export?

In Snapchat, open Settings → My Data, turn on the export of your Memories and submit the request. You'll get an email when it is ready. Download all ZIP parts, extract them into one folder in the Files app and choose that folder in MemoryBox. Details: official guide.

Does iCloud Drive work?

Yes. Folders on your device load faster. For iCloud Drive, touch and hold the folder in the Files app and turn on “Keep Downloaded” to keep the files on your device.

Why are time or location missing?

Time and location come from the file memories_history.json in the export. If it is not in the chosen folder, the app only shows the date from the file name.

Can I combine several exports?

Yes, via “… → Add Export”. Duplicates are detected and can be skipped.

Is my data uploaded?

No. Everything stays on your device. See the privacy policy for details.
